We see you, needing help but too comfortable in pain that it’s more painful to strive so you survive. We see you, telling every open ear we as humans must watch our back and look out for ourselves. Yes, we see you, calling faith stupidity, selling cynicism for personal gain, and not the betterment of humanity. We see you, so bored that you promote “individualistic ideals,” not relationships. Of course, we see you, recruiting every person that has been betrayed, abandoned, abused, and discarded. We are aware you have strength in numbers because most can relate to hating. Yet, we choose Love, disregarding how much we see you, and focusing on how much it will take to overcome you. So, we go blind, hoping our eyes will open to a reflection of our choice. We see you no more!
