Love Is A Group Journey and The LoveSnobs provide relationship education, coaching-style guidance, community content, and related digital products and sessions. We are not licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, medical professionals, attorneys, or financial advisors, and nothing we provide constitutes therapy, counseling, medical advice, psychological treatment, legal advice, or professional financial advice.
Our sessions, assessments, podcasts, written content, and other materials are for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified licensed professional. 2. Sessions, Purchases, and Refunds
We offer booked sessions (such as Friendship, Partnership, Co-Parenting, and Village Building Sessions) and digital products (such as downloadable content, courses, and the Village Assessment). All purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
In summary, and as more fully described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy: booked sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled for a full refund if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time; within 24 hours, sessions are not refundable but may be rescheduled; and digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy regarding refunds, the Refund & Cancellation Policy controls.
3. Cookies
We employ the use of cookies. By using our Site, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Most modern interactive websites use cookies to enable the retrieval of user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our Site to enable functionality and ease of use for visitors.
