Their eyes open up together, and eyelashes meet. They blink in sync. I Love you leaves their lips. The room is dark; their bodies are the only existence of two people being present. They can’t see, but the scent in the air is familiar; the touch is home. This moment is the dream of so many, but selfishness robs them of their spirit. They claim fools rush in, but isn’t it stupidity to run out; choosing lost over gain. Controlling the heart, believing tears will ultimately tear us apart. Saying Love is “gravity” that seems to allow people to breathe the air of misery. Yet, we see entwined hands refusing to release one another’s grasp and doubt their forever. They are LoveSnobs, disregarding every attempt to blind them from their destination of togetherness. Seeing the failure around them, they preach success until it’s all people can understand. We forgot those two bodies working in one accord, just because many have started using their bodies to get off. We must close our eyes and trust someone else will invest in us as much as we do them. We must believe our lashes will meet every morning, and bodies will cuddle every night.
