AccountableLove Friendship Sessions

AccountableLove Friendship Sessions are where two friends do the honest work of building a stronger friendship — together.

Friendship Session

Friendship Is The Foundation Of Every Healthy Village.

This is not a session about being nice to people. It is a session about building the kind of friendship that can carry real weight — the trust, honesty, and accountability that every other relationship category depends on.

What Are Friendship Sessions?

Friendship Sessions are online one-on-one or small-group sessions facilitated by The LoveSnobs. They are designed to help you define, strengthen, repair, or evaluate the friendships in your life — including the friendship with yourself.

Every session is held remotely via Zoom. Sessions are recorded and securely stored for professional use only. Builders are asked to arrive on time to maximize the building process.

Who Are Friendship Sessions For?

  • People who want to deepen an existing friendship — and build it on clearer standards and accountability.
  • People navigating a fractured friendship — and need a structured, honest space to assess what is worth rebuilding.
  • People entering a partnership — who want to make sure the friendship is the foundation before the commitment deepens.
  • People building a village — who need to understand what healthy friendship looks like as a baseline.
  • Anyone who realizes — they have never been taught what a healthy friendship actually requires.

What Friendship Requires

AccountableLove defines eight requirements for a healthy friendship. These are not ideals — they are the working components of any relationship that can carry real weight over time.

  • Trust — the belief that this person will do what they say and say what they mean.
  • Accountability — the willingness to hold and be held to the standards you both agree to.
  • Honesty — the commitment to truth over comfort — with care, not cruelty.
  • Communication — the practice of speaking clearly, listening fully, and confirming often.
  • Boundaries — the ability to define what you will and will not accept — and honor the same in others.
  • Reciprocity — the balance of giving and receiving that prevents resentment from accumulating.
  • Support — the consistency of showing up — not only in crisis, but in the ordinary moments.
  • Conflict Resolution — the skill of arguing to agree, not to win — and repairing quickly when the argument is over.
